Pipe Cleaner Curls

I bugged my sister about putting pipe cleaner curls in her hair and then she bugged me to actually do them.  So after about 2 weeks, we finally tried it out this past weekend @ around 11:30 Friday night. I used Organic Root Stimulator Setting Foam on dry locs.  We folded the pipe cleaners in half and left the loop on the end for easy removal.  She let them dry over night into the middday, and removed the pipe cleaner for beautiful ringlet curls!

They lasted over three weeks, and she had them re-piped? this past week. She may be hooked!
